Product Overview

The Automatic Router Machine is a CNC material-removal system combining programmed routing or milling with automatic plate feeding and chip removal. It is used in repeated machining of aluminum extrusions, plates, blocks and profile components requiring routed slots, pockets or cut surfaces.

Key Features

Two Working Envelopes for Different Profiles

The small model has X600/Y400/Z300 mm travels; the medium model provides X1000/Y600/Z500 mm. For a fixture holding multiple short profiles or one longer extrusion, the selected travel range covers the machining path without requiring the same machine frame for every product size.

Programmable Plate Feeding Between Cutting Cycles

The automatic feeder accepts stock 0.5–50 mm thick and up to 400 mm wide, using servo-controlled feed length. On repeated plate components of identical pitch, material advances by the programmed increment between cuts rather than being individually measured and set against a manual stop.

Spindle Options for Continuous Routing Duty

An 8000 rpm spindle is available with 3.7, 5.5 or 7.5 kW power. When slots and pockets are machined repeatedly in aluminum profiles, the spindle and tooling package can be assigned to the actual cutter size and stock removal requirement.

Chip Conveyor and Coolant Filtration

A chain-type chip conveyor and coolant filtration system remove the swarf generated by repeated milling passes. On deep slots in heat-sink extrusions, chips are carried away from the tool path rather than accumulating in the pocket and dragging across newly cut surfaces.

Roller-Guide Positioning for Detailed Toolpaths

The machine uses roller linear guideways and publishes ±0.008 mm positioning accuracy with ±0.004 mm repeat positioning. When several holes or narrow slots must remain aligned on the same profile, the axis system returns to the programmed coordinates for each consecutive feature.

Quality Control

Machine assembly is checked for bed geometry, spindle installation and roller-guide alignment. Tool holders, feeding components and chip-transfer sections are individually inspected before the full system is operated.

Acceptance testing covers machine appearance, geometric measurements, positioning behavior, sample cutting and overall operating functions. Machined samples are examined for the specified dimensional features and cutter marks, linking the machine assessment to an actual production result.

A complete pre-packing check confirms control operation, guards, coolant connections and the condition of installed tools and moving parts. Third-party inspection is accepted before the machine is secured in its export case.
