Product Overview

The Automatic Assembly Machine is a multi-station system that feeds, positions, joins and verifies components through a defined production sequence. Rotary-table and inline configurations are used for automotive subassemblies, valves, hardware products and other small-to-medium industrial assemblies.

Key Features

Indexed Rotary Assembly for Dense Process Sequences

Rotary tables are available with 4, 6, 8 or 12 stations, RU80/RU110/RU140 index drives and ±0.01° indexing accuracy. When a small component passes through feeding, insertion and pressing steps around a compact table, precise indexing returns each fixture to the next working position without a long conveyor footprint.

Inline Layout for More Assembly Operations

Inline conveyor designs accommodate 6–20 stations. On products that require repeated part orientation changes or multiple joining steps, each operation receives its own fixture position; the carrier moves the assembly along the sequence while allowing the individual stations to be serviced separately.

Pressing Capacity Matched to the Joint

Press options include 500 kg, 1000 kg, 2 tons, 5 tons and a 10-ton servo press. During an interference-fit insertion, a servo press tracks force against displacement; a part falling outside the approved force window can be flagged rather than continuing silently to the next station.

Cycle Plans for Simple and Complex Assemblies

Published process cycles are 3–8 seconds for simple assemblies and 15–30 seconds for more involved sequences. When one press step takes longer than feeder or inspection tasks, the operation can be divided or duplicated in parallel so that the slowest station does not dictate unnecessary idle time elsewhere.

Custom Automatic Assembly Machine

Assembly equipment is developed from component drawings, a bill of materials, joining order, target output and the inspection standard. The mechanical fixtures, index or conveyor layout and station actuation are designed around the actual assembly process; the approved process route is translated into a manufacturing layout.

Quality Control

Fixtures, drive units and press tooling are examined as they are installed. Operators check station-to-station alignment and fastening during assembly, with cross-inspection before pneumatic, electrical and servo functions are connected.

Production trials follow the approved assembly sequence using the part set and acceptance criteria. The checks cover feeder presentation, correct seating, press-result evaluation and removal of out-of-specification assemblies without mixing them with accepted components.

Prior to dispatch, the complete station sequence is inspected for control response, motion clearance and guard fit. The factory performs a full pre-packing inspection and accommodates an independent inspection visit where specified in the order.

FAQ

Q: What deposit is required?
