The Automatic Dispensing Machine is an XYZ-controlled fluid application system for depositing adhesives, sealants and potting compounds on manufactured components. It is used for electronic assemblies, LED modules, automotive electronics and medical-device subassemblies requiring dots, continuous beads or mixed two-part materials.

Key Features

Vision-Corrected Placement on Offset Parts

The standard system provides ±0.02 mm repeat positioning; the vision version is rated at ±0.008 mm and can compensate for part-position offsets up to ±2 mm. When a component sits slightly off-center in its nest, camera-guided coordinates place the dispensing path on the actual part rather than the nominal fixture origin.

Small-Volume Dosing for Controlled Adhesive Spots

The single-component piston valve has a stated minimum output of 0.001 mL per drop. On a densely populated electronics board where adhesive must remain inside a narrow bonding area, discrete metering makes each programmed dot a defined deposit instead of a manually timed squeeze.

Adjustable Proportioning for Two-Part Materials

The AB dual-liquid valve supports mixing ratios from 1:1 to 10:1. For encapsulation tasks in which resin and hardener must enter the mixing head at a specified proportion, the ratio can be set for the selected material system without replacing the complete motion platform.

Jetting for Fine Dots and Fast Bead Paths

A jet-valve configuration specifies a 0.03 mm minimum dot size and continuous line speed of 0.1–0.6 m/s. During repetitive bead application along narrow housing edges, the programmed motion and valve actuation maintain the intended path across successive components.

Dispensing equipment is configured from the component CAD file, adhesive specification, deposit pattern, fluid viscosity and required output. We select the metering valve, fixture, travel envelope and optional vision guidance for the actual material, then develop the dispensing recipe around the target deposit shape.

Quality Control

Valve assemblies, tubing connections and the moving head are checked before application trials. The build is reviewed for nozzle alignment, fluid-route cleanliness and the correct relationship between the programmed dispensing plane and part fixture.

Finished equipment undergoes bead-path and dispensed-quantity testing for at least eight hours. Sample components and actual adhesive are used where provided, so the acceptance check observes the deposited pattern and material behavior rather than the motion program alone.

A complete pre-packing inspection covers control response, fluid connections, cable routing and safe transport preparation. Process operators complete their assigned self-checks and cross-checks; the factory also accepts third-party inspection.
