Product Overview

The CNC vertical machining center is a three-axis milling, drilling and tapping machine with a vertically oriented spindle and automatic tool magazine. It is used to machine valve bodies, fixture plates, aluminum housings and general mechanical parts in automotive, pump, mold and contract machining operations.

Key Features

Two Defined Travel Envelopes

The 850 model offers X/Y/Z travels of 800/500/600 mm, and the 1060 model provides 1,000/600/650 mm. When a valve block needs work across both its mounting face and a deep recess, the selected Z travel permits cutter access while the clamped fixture remains on the table.

Spindle Options for Different Materials

BT40 and BT50 spindle tapers are available, with 8,000 rpm standard speed and 12,000 or 15,000 rpm alternatives. The BT50 arrangement supports larger roughing tools on ductile-iron housings; higher spindle speeds serve small end mills finishing aluminum pockets.

Fast 24-tool Exchange

The 24-station disc magazine has a stated tool-change time of 2.5 seconds or less. On components requiring drilling, counterboring, tapping and contour milling, programmed changes shorten the idle time between cutting operations without interrupting workholding.

Custom CNC Vertical Machining Center

The machine is configured from component size, material, fixture height and tool sequence. We set the travel class, spindle package and auxiliary equipment around the submitted process drawing, then verify clearance and representative machining functions during acceptance.

Quality Control

Spindle-taper contact, tool clamping and spindle-to-table alignment are checked during assembly. Linear-axis geometry and programmed reference positions are verified before the machine enters the cutting trial.

Every center completes at least eight hours of running tests and an actual machining check. Functional acceptance includes magazine indexing, automatic tool transfer and measured geometry on a test component; full inspection is completed before shipment.
