The bench top CNC mill is a compact three-axis milling machine for light-duty cutting of small components. It is used for aluminum hardware, plastic housings, copper prototypes and teaching exercises in laboratories, technical schools, design studios and small machine shops.

Compact Table Sizes

The two versions use 400 × 200 mm and 500 × 300 mm tables, with matching X travels of 400 and 500 mm. When machining small aluminum handle bases from pre-cut blanks, the table supports a compact vise and access to the entire part profile.

1.5 or 2.2 kW ER32 Spindle

Motor powers are 1.5 or 2.2 kW, with speeds up to 8,000 rpm and an ER32 collet interface. Small end mills can machine pockets and contours in aluminum or engineering plastics without the large toolholders used on industrial gantry machines.

Precision-controlled Light Cutting

Published positioning accuracy is ±0.01 mm. During repeated milling of plastic sensor covers, programmed coordinate movement keeps slot locations and hole centers consistent from part to part when the fixture datum remains unchanged.

Custom Bench Top CNC Mill

We configure the small mill from the sample drawing, material, fixture arrangement and available installation space. Spindle power, table size and control accessories are selected for the target cutting program, then checked in a sample machining run.

Quality Control

Table motion is checked for axis squareness, reference return and full-stroke clearance after assembly. ER32 collet seating and spindle response are inspected before cutting tests.

A sample component is milled and measured for pocket size and hole position. Operating controls, wiring and the complete machine are inspected before the unit receives export protection and packaging.
