‌Exterior Wiping‌: Remove loose dust from the machine body with a soft brush; use a lint-free cloth dampened with a specialized cleaner to wipe the control panel and housing, paying special attention to dust accumulation on cooling fans and vents.
‌Chip Removal‌: Promptly clear metal chips from the worktable and guideway covers after the daily shift to prevent scratching precision components.

 

Specialized Treatment for Oil Stains
‌Pre-cleaning‌: Use a non-woven cloth dampened with a small amount of kerosene to dissolve stubborn oil films on the equipment surface.
‌Deep Cleaning‌: Dilute the specialized cleaner at a 1:50 ratio and wipe the oily areas in a circular motion using a sponge.
‌Final Neutralization‌: Finish by wiping in a single direction with 95% medical-grade alcohol to avoid leaving streaks.

 

Cleaning Methods for Precision Components
‌Linear Scales‌: Weekly, use lens paper dampened with optical cleaner to gently wipe the scale surface, taking care not to scratch the optical elements.
‌Spindle Taper‌: Use a wooden cleaning stick with specialized maintenance paste to clean the interior with a rotating motion; apply anti-rust oil for preservation after cleaning.
‌Guideways and Ball Screws‌: After removing surface chips and oil stains, apply a specialized lubricant evenly to minimize friction and wear.
