Combine Turning and Milling in One Setup
Our Double-column vertical lathe with tool magazine is a flexible solution. It adds milling and drilling functions to the powerful double-column design. This machine lets you finish complex parts in a single setup. Traditional methods require two machines. You turn the part on a lathe. Then you move it to a mill for holes or slots. Each new setup creates positioning errors. This can lead to misaligned holes or poor symmetry. Our machine solves this problem. It combines turning, milling, drilling, and boring in one operation. This saves time and improves accuracy.

Eliminate Errors from Second Clamping
A customer in Europe used this machine for hydraulic flanges. They needed to mill six grooves on the face. They also had to drill four radial oil holes on the side. With our Double-column vertical lathe with tool magazine, they clamped the workpiece once. The machine then did the turning, grooving, and drilling. The position accuracy of the grooves improved greatly. It went from ±0.06mm with the old process to ±0.02mm. The scrap rate dropped from 8% to below 1.2%. This shows how the tool magazine and C-axis indexing work together. The C-axis allows precise positioning for milling and drilling. The tool magazine holds 12, 16, or 24 tools. The tool change time is less than 8 seconds. This keeps the process fast and efficient.

High Capacity and Custom Options
The machine shares the same strong specs as our DVT series. The maximum machining diameter is from 1600mm to 3150mm. The height goes up to 1600mm. Worktable load capacity is also the same. The DVT2000 version holds 8000kg, or 15000kg for the heavy-duty type. You have three main motor options: 30kW, 45kW, and 55kW. The machine has a left and right turret. Each has 6 to 12 stations. The milling power head is an option. It has at least 5.5kW of power. You can use it for radial drilling, slot milling, and face milling. Tool shanks follow the C6 or C8 standard for vertical lathes. We pack it in a heavy-duty wooden case for ocean transport.
